I LOVED the movie “Spider-Man” because it was action packed, romantic, and it had just the right amount of drama to keep you on the edge of your seat. It also had great comedy and a great cast. As you can see from my screen name I loved Tobey Maguire and how he acted out his part. Kirsten was also a great Mary Jane.

5.1 sound on all versions is excellent. Dialog is clear, without echo and sound effects aren't turned up too high to distract.
The special features are very fun to watch, and lengthy and you almost find yourself wishing there was more.

Awesome movie. If you like the first, you will love this one. Much better than the first. A must see. Excellent for children also.

The best superhero movie ever. This might even be the best movie ever made. Well, this is my opinion. It's up to you guys how you rate this movie.

This is one of my favorite all-time movies and I was very happy to add it to my collection. I would recommend that those people with bigger TVs ( bigger than 50") consider buying the SuperBit version. I purchased both, and noticed the SuperBit version gave a better picture. The SuperBit version does not contain any extra features however–all of the DVD space is used for picture quality.

It is very rare when a sequel outdoes the original,this hasn't happened since the days of a young hobbit who set out on a jorurney to destory a ring. But this sequel has a difference, this story is in more depth and there is a fantastic finale which sets the story for spiderman 3. Also the computer graphics is much supreme than the original Spider-man. Futhermore Sam Raimi unleashes his dark side which we haven't seen sice the the time of Evil Dead, becasue Spidy suffers in this movie. Like Spider-man the sequel has tons and tons of extras than can challenge the LOTR extended versions, and the Limited Edition Gift set comes with the Two Disc DVD and also collectable concept postcards and a reprint of the Comic "The Amazing Spider-man", the issue where Peter Parker hangs up his Spidy gear.
Overall: Spider-Man 2 regins supreme and will remain at the helm for some time, until Spider-MAn 3 that is.

Spiderman 2 brings Kirsten Dunst and Tobey Maquire back together on the big screen for a double dose of dynamite acting. Kirsten's character in the movie has more to her in this instalment. Kirsten's portray of Mary Jane was well brought out with Kirsten's ability to demonstrate fear, softness, and boldness in Mary Jane's personality. But, that was only a little taste for what Mary Jane was in store for in the second movie which was finalminal. Tobey Maquire is the best choice to play Spiderman because there is the sort of sense about him that is able to convey the studious Peter Parker and the muscular, athletic Spiderman. The only thing I found a issue with was the opening sequence. It was too long and I wasn't too crazy about the color skeams in the comic book pictures. However, it does make an effective opening because the pictures, non the less, showed a side of the characters that wasn't really brought out in the first movie. WAY TO GO KIRSTEN AND TOBEY! I can't wait for Spiderman 3!
